A one-day, onsite Process Mapping Workshop for 8–10 people in Ontario. Every participant maps their own part of one cross-functional process. Leadership leaves with a ranked fix list, named owners and a 30-day plan. C$4,500 + HST.
Ten dates between November 3 and December 18. Outputs within five business days. Fee credited in full toward a 10-Day Diagnostic signed within 90 days.

Why one day
Work waits at handoffs, lives in people’s heads and gets re-done. The workshop puts one process on the wall, in the words of the people who run it, and shows leadership what to fix first.
What it looks like from the inside
Four signs one process is costing you capacity.
Each sign is common, each has a name, and none of them shows up in the monthly numbers. They show up as late deliveries, overtime and the same question asked three times.
The workshop does not fix all four in a day. It makes them visible on one map, with the people who live them, so the fixes can be ranked and owned.
01
Work waits at handoffs
Each team finishes its part. The process still takes weeks. Nobody owns the gaps between.
02
The process lives in people’s heads
Two or three people know how it really works. When they are away, it stalls.
03
Work gets re-done
Missing information, unclear criteria and informal workarounds send the same work back twice.
04
Nobody can say what to fix first
Every team has a list. The lists do not agree. The 2027 plan gets built on guesses.
How the day runs
One process, one room, one day.
- 1
Set the boundaries
Sponsor and facilitator agree where the process starts, where it finishes and who takes part. One process, not a department.
- 2
Everyone maps their part
Each participant answers plain-language questions in the Process Mapper on a phone, tablet or laptop. Their swimlane draws itself as they type. No mapping experience needed.
- 3
Walk the wall
The maps go up side by side. Handoffs, waits and rework loops get named in the team’s own words, not the org chart’s.
- 4
Rank the fixes
Problem spots and ideas are sorted by effort and effect. Each one leaves the room with an owner, not a committee.
- 5
Leave with a plan
The ranked list becomes a 30-day follow-through plan with an owner and a date against each fix. The sponsor debrief is booked within five business days.
What you leave with
A map per person. A plan for leadership.
Each participant keeps
- Their own swimlane map, as a picture and a PDF
- A written summary: what starts and ends the process, who takes part, each step, each problem spot with one idea to fix it
- A personal map code to reopen and improve the map later, on any device
- A printable 30-day follow-through checklist for their own fixes
Leadership receives
- A group summary across every map: steps, handoffs, decisions, waits and problem spots in one place
- A ranked fix list with a named owner against each item
- The 30-day follow-through plan for the sponsor and the team, with a day-30 check-in call
- A 30-minute sponsor debrief within five business days
Try it before you book
The Process Mapper is the tool your team will use on the day.
Participants join with a code on screen. No account, no password and nothing to install. Six short parts: About, Start & finish, People, Steps, Problems and Review.
Practice mode needs no code, and a finished example map is there to explore. Your practice map stays in your browser and is not sent to ProcessPath.

Fit
It is the right day for some teams and the wrong one for others.
A good fit when
- You run manufacturing, distribution, MedTech or healthcare services operations in Ontario
- One process crosses at least two teams and nobody owns the whole of it
- 8–10 people who actually do the work can attend for a day
- A sponsor will take the debrief and own the fix list afterwards
Not the right day when
- The process lives inside one team of three
- The real question is which software to buy
- A reorganization has already been decided and needs a signature, not a map
- A savings number has to be promised before the work is seen
When one day is not enough
10-Day Operational Efficiency Diagnostic
Some ranked lists show a problem that runs through the whole site, not one process. For those, the diagnostic goes deeper: structured interviews, a friction register, an evidence and assumptions log, a priority matrix, a 90-day roadmap and an executive readout.
It is offered at the sponsor debrief, not before, and the workshop fee is credited in full against it when it is signed within 90 days.
C$7,500 + HST · 50% on booking, 50% at the readout

Who runs it
Facilitated by an operator, not a slide deck.
ProcessPath is led by Steve Lemonius. Steve spent 18 years at Oticon Canada / Demant, rising from Production Manager to VP of Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution, where he ran a $160M+ operation with 150+ people.
He brings 25+ years of progressive leadership and operations experience, a Six Sigma Black Belt (Schulich) and an M.Sc. in Technology Management from Wilfrid Laurier University. His background spans manufacturing and healthcare operations, process improvement, ERP systems, Lean Six Sigma, regulated operations, employee training and multi-site execution. The workshop is built on how cross-functional processes actually run, from the floor and from the leadership table.
Questions
What sponsors ask before they book.
What counts as one process?
A piece of work with a clear start and finish that crosses at least two teams: intake-to-delivery, order-to-invoice, request-to-approval, onboarding a new hire or a new customer. If the process is really three processes, the fit call will say so and help you pick one.
How many people should attend?
Between 8 and 10, chosen because they do the work, not because of their title. Supervisors, team leads, process owners and frontline staff all belong in the room. The group is kept small so every map gets walked on the wall. When the process involves 11 to 20 people, it runs as two groups the same week.
Do participants need mapping experience?
No. The Process Mapper asks one plain question at a time and draws the swimlane as people answer. Mixed groups with different reading levels and no process background take part without preparation.
What do we need to prepare?
A room with a wall or screen, Wi-Fi, and participants with a phone, tablet or laptop. The sponsor and facilitator agree the process boundaries on a short call before the day. Nothing else is required.
What happens after the day?
All participant maps and summaries, the group summary, the ranked fix list and the 30-day follow-through plan are delivered within five business days, followed by a 30-minute sponsor debrief and a day-30 check-in call. What happens next is the sponsor’s decision; the diagnostic is offered only when the ranked list points to a problem bigger than one process.
Can we use 2026 budget and run the workshop in January?
Yes. Workshops prepaid in full by December 31 are delivered by January 29, 2027. Confirm the invoice treatment with your own finance team; ProcessPath invoices through QuickBooks and accepts card and EFT.
Is travel included?
Yes, for sites in Ontario. The published fee covers the facilitator’s travel, the Process Mapper, printed materials and all outputs. HST is added to the fee.
Dates and fit
Check dates and fit
Seven quick answers, then pick a 15-minute slot on the next screen. Steve calls back the same business day with open dates, or with a plain no if the day is not the right fit. Or call 647-812-7733.
Maps show the process as people describe it. ProcessPath treats them as a starting point and checks them against the work itself before recommending changes. The workshop promises a day, a map per person, a ranked list and a plan. It does not promise a savings figure or a result.
