Data we collect voluntarily

Website forms ask for professional contact details: your name, your organization and any notes you choose to share about your operation. Submissions are stored securely in Supabase using server-side credentials that are never exposed in the browser.

Process Mapper (map.processpath.ca)

When you join a workshop, the Process Mapper stores your name, the workshop you joined and the map you build, so your ProcessPath facilitator can review it and leave notes. A copy is also kept in your browser.

In practice mode, your map is stored only in your browser on that device. It is not sent to ProcessPath.

Workshop maps are stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States. They are deleted 30 days after the workshop. To have a workshop map deleted sooner, email sl@processpath.ca.

Purposes retained

• Respond to your enquiry about services and whether they fit.
• Send you resources you asked for as they are published.
• Understand common themes across enquiries in aggregate, without publishing anything that identifies you.

Cookies & analytics stance

This site loads Google Ads conversion tagging (gtag.js / AW-18376907357) for advertising measurement. Production deployments may further augment privacy posture — teams should reconcile hosting provider defaults independently with counsel when obligated.

The site also keeps simple first-party visit statistics: which pages are viewed, which links and cards are clicked, and the approximate city and country a visit comes from, as reported by our hosting provider. These use a random identifier stored in your browser, not your name or email, and your IP address is not saved with them. They are used only to understand how the site is used and are not shared with third parties.

Retention & deletion realism

To ask for your information to be deleted, email us with the address you used and roughly when you submitted it. We will act on the request within a commercially reasonable time, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
